1. What are the available payment options?

2. What are the shipping / collection options?

Island-wide delivery is available free-of-charge for orders $549 and above. Please expect to receive your delivery anytime between 12 - 7pm within 2 - 4 working days (on weekdays only, except Tuesday). We will contact you via text message to confirm the date. 

If you require time-specific delivery (has to be during our opening hours), or weekend delivery, an additional $5 charge will apply.

If you opt for self-collection, your bike will be ready in 1-3 days. We will inform you via text message and email to notify you when your bike is ready for collection and arrange a time for pick-up.

 

3. Can I choose a specific time to receive my delivery?

Time-specific delivery is available depending on our courier's availability. As we engage a third-party courier, we consolidate our orders throughout the week. If you require time-specific delivery, let us know at least 2 days in advance and we will check on our courier's availability.

 

4. Can I exchange / refund my purchase?

Do check through your order before making your purchase as exchange or refund is not allowed.

In the event that you have received a defective or wrong item, let us know and we will make things right.
